To create a new event, open the “Events” section of the organizer panel and click “Create new event”. Enter the title, description, category and cover image, then define your sessions and ticket types. Once the details are complete, submit the event for review and publication.
On event day, scan your guests' ticket QR codes with the Eventee scanner app or from the panel. Entry and exit, family tickets and multiple gates are all supported. Live attendance figures are visible in your dashboard.

Once sales close, you can submit a settlement request from the “Invoices” section. Your share is calculated after commission and transferred to your registered account within a few working days.

Yes. You can buy several tickets for one event in a single purchase, and enter separate details for each guest so everyone gets their own ticket.
Some events offer free tickets. In those cases registration completes without payment and a digital ticket is issued to you.
If the organizer cancels an event, your payment is refunded automatically. The transfer usually lands within 24 to 72 working hours.
Refunds depend on each organizer's policy. The refund terms are stated on the event page — please read them before buying.
If you were charged without receiving a ticket, the amount is returned automatically within 72 hours at most. If it is not, please contact support.
Just have your digital ticket with its QR code ready on your phone. Your code is scanned and validated at the entrance.
If the scan fails, give your ticket code or order number to the entrance staff so they can verify it manually.
